The sleeve is very easy to use. Just slide it on and it stays in place without needing straps or messy wraps. For heat therapy, it can be warmed in the microwave, but it’s important to heat it carefully and gradually. I usually start with about 10–15 seconds at a lower power level, then check the temperature before heating it again if needed. This helps avoid overheating the gel. It’s a practical and reusable therapy sleeve that works well for everyday muscle or joint relief.

Trying the sleeve out the first thing I noticed is the weight. It isn’t too heavy nor light. Just the right amount and with the temp (cold) and the pressure it put on my elbow it did in fact relieve the tension and mild pain I usually have with my joints. I also tried it out on my calve muscle after a workout and it did make recovery feel better as well, overall was a nice feeling.The packaging is nice and the sleeve needing to go back into the packaging for temp control, they didn’t cheap out. And it feels it will last.There is plenty of instruction on the packaging for the various uses.... it does its job, and the quality is great

I ordered this reusable hot and cold compression gel sleeve because I have carpel tunnel syndrome and thought this might be soothing in the evening when it seems to bother me the most. I can tell you that I am even more impressed with this sleeve than I thought I would be. It is wonderful … soft, flexible, so comfortable to wear, and the gel completely surrounds whatever joint you choose to use it on, doesn’t just lay on top. You can use it either warm (heated in the microwave) or cold (placed in fridge or freezer), depending on your needs. Either way it feels so soothing. It comes in a reusable thick bag which seals shut so you can store the sleeve in the freezer if you wish.I’m very impressed with the obvious quality of this compression sleeve. It’s worth mentioning too that it’s made in Canada. My one regret is that I ordered the wrong size. I wanted a medium but ordered a large by accident. Totally my mistake. This size would be better for use on my knees perhaps, but I’m still using it on my wrist.This is a great product and I highly recommend it.

I can't express how much I love this, I suffer from knee problems in both my knees, and I'm constantly trying to wrap my knees in either ice packs or heating pads, but the problem with that is, I can't move around freely with those, this however has liberated me. The first time I used this I heated it for 30 seconds initially, then two rounds of 15 seconds after., it was too hot for me. so now I do one 30 second and then one15 seconds round. In other words is customizable to the heat tolerance you can accept.. you can both refrigerate it or freeze it depending if you want it super cold or just refrigerator cold. If you want to refrigerate it or freeze it it comes in a bag that it must be placed in before putting it in the fridge or freezer but removed when warming up in the microwave. Make sure you take your measurements properly and follow the guidelines, as they do come in multiple sizes and it is important so it can stay where you need it and it's not too tight to be uncomfortable. The heating or cooling element lasts for about 10 minutes before having to either heat or or make it cold again.
