Return & Buyback Policy

Unopened Product Buyback: Return sealed, unopened products within 6 months of receipt.
How to Return: Simply contact us at info@recovwell.com with your order details, and we’ll provide return instructions and shipping information.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
Damages or Issues
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we'll resolve the issue quickly:
Replacement or Refund: Contact us at info@recovwell.com including images of the damage or issue. We will review each case individually, and if approved, arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Prompt Resolution: We aim to resolve any issues as fast as possible to ensure your satisfaction.
What’s Not Covered: Damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
