VERSATILE

The RECOV SLEEVE is available in 3 sizes, accommodating various body types and providing targeted COLD or HOT compression for the ELBOW, WRIST, KNEE, HAMSTRING, SHIN, & ANKLE.

HOW TO USE

  • COLD THERAPY

    1. Place your RECOV SLEEVE in the thermal pouch.

    2. Store in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. It can be left in the freezer indefinitely.

    3. Apply with the blue stitching positioned at the bottom.

    4. Wear for 15 - 20 minutes of cold compression therapy.

  • HOT THERAPY

    1. Remove your RECOV SLEEVE from the thermal pouch.
    2. Microwave for 45 seconds. It should feel warm, not hot. Reheat in 10 second increments until the desired temperature is reached.
    3. Apply with the blue stitching positioned on the bottom.
    4. Wear for 10 - 15 minutes of hot compression therapy.
